Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your CoffeeProphet account and the data associated with it. You can delete your account directly inside the app, or request deletion by email.
1. Delete your account from inside the app
- Open the CoffeeProphet app.
- Go to the Profilim (Profile) tab → Ayarlar (Settings).
- Scroll to the bottom to the account section and tap Hesabı Sil (Delete Account).
- Confirm in the dialog. Your account and associated data are then deleted.
2. Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email partners@sonaya.ai with the subject "Delete Account Request". To help us locate your account, include the email address you signed in with (if any). We respond within 30 days, free of charge.
3. What data is deleted
When you delete your account, we delete the personal data linked to it, including:
- Account identifiers (Google User ID, email address, profile name)
- Device identifiers used for your account
- Your reading history and AI-generated interpretation texts
- The reduced (~300px) cup thumbnail stored with each reading
- Community Wall content you created — posts/impressions, comments and likes — and your display name (wallName)
Reports you submitted for moderation are retained but the reporter identity is anonymised.
4. What is kept, and for how long

Full cup photographs are never stored on our servers — they are sent to OpenAI for analysis and deleted there per OpenAI's retention policy.
