A bird is the most talkative shape in the cup: it means news. A message, an invitation, or the answer you have been kept waiting for.
Which way the bird faces matters. Towards the rim, the news is coming to you; towards the bottom, it is leaving you — there is something you need to say.
Several birds together mean a crowded week of news: the same subject reaching you from more than one person.
The same shape says different things depending on where it sits.
A shape on the left tells of what is leaving, on the right of what is coming.
With a heart: an emotional message, a confession.
With a road: an invitation, a journey, or news about moving.
Beside a snake: do not pass the news on straight away.
